- Windows 95C, 98SE, Windows 2000, Windows ME or Windows NT 4.0, Windows XP Professional operating systems
- Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher (Comes with IE 5.5 on the CD) (IE 5.0 or higher – to publish paper forms to eOmniForm.com)
- An ISP account to publish forms and retrieve data on eOmniForm.com
- Pentium CPU or greater.
- SVGA monitor with at least 256 colors and 800 x 600 pixel resolution.
- CD-ROM drive for installation.
- A compatible scanner if you plan to scan paper forms. Windows-compatible pointing device.
